		<description>Well thank you Craig! Those lists of &quot;Most Livable&quot; and &quot;Most Affordable&quot; cities are so useless. I wish someone would compile lists of the &quot;Friendliest&quot;, &quot;Grumpiest&quot; and &quot;Most Artistically Daring&quot; Canadian cities. I imagine Winnipeg and Edmonton would have to fight it out for top spots on all of those.</description>
